What exactly is MailMilestones?
A done-for-you gift service. You buy a gift card for expecting or new parents, and we enroll them in 20+ real programs that send free baby essentials — formula, diapers, welcome boxes, samples and more. We handle every sign-up.
How does the parent get set up?
They scan the QR code on the gift card, enter their address and a few preferences, and give permission. It takes about two minutes, all on their phone.
Do you guarantee specific items?
No. Brands change their offers constantly, so we cannot promise any single product. What we promise is the work — we run the full set of programs and keep the rotation going, so a steady variety shows up over months.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each gift is a one-time purchase that runs its course over several months, including a rotation re-run. No recurring charges.
What about privacy and consent?
We only enroll a parent after they complete setup and explicitly opt in. Their information is used solely to sign them up for these free programs. We never sell their data. See our privacy policy for details.
Can I give this at a baby shower?
Absolutely — it is one of the best moments for it. You can hand over a physical card, and several guests can even chip in together on a Premium gift.
What if the parents live far away?
Perfect fit. You never need their address — the QR code lets them enter it themselves. Great for long-distance family and friends.
When do the freebies start arriving?
Enrollment begins as soon as the parent finishes setup. First items typically arrive within a couple of weeks, then continue on a rolling basis.
