MailMilestones (we, us) helps gift-givers provide new and expecting parents with a done-for-you service that enrolls them in third-party programs offering free baby products and samples. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Gift-giver details (name, email) needed to process a gift purchase.
- Recipient details the parent chooses to provide during setup — typically name, shipping address, email, phone, and baby-related preferences.
- Basic usage data from our website.
How we use it
We use recipient information solely to enroll the parent in the free programs they have approved and to keep them updated on what is shipping. We act on the parents explicit, opt-in consent, captured during setup.
Consent and third-party programs
Enrollment in third-party programs means those companies will receive the information required to send their products, and may contact the parent per their own policies. We disclose this at setup, and enrollment only proceeds after the parent agrees.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not enroll anyone without their consent.
Your choices
Parents can ask us to stop enrollments and to delete the information we hold. Contact us and we will help.
